Telangana Eamcet date declared

Hyderabad February 21: The Telangana Eamcet will be held on May 12 and the results of the exam on May 22 says JNTU.The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University on Monday announced that the notification for conducting Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (Eamcet) would be issued on February 27 and the applications would be received from March 3.Issuing the schedule, the officials of JNTU said that the last date to submit applications online without fine is April 3. Correction of application data would be allowed from April 7 to 20. Last date for submission of online applications with fine of Rs 500 is April 12 and with Rs 1,000 is April 21. Last date for receipt of online applications with fine of Rs 5,000 is April 29. Hall tickets could be downloaded from May 1 to 9. Last date for receipt of applications with fine of Rs 10,000 is May 8 and examination would be held on May 12. Engineering examination would be held from 10 am to 1 pm and agriculture and medicine exams would be held from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm on that day. Preliminary key would be declared on May 13 and last date for receiving objections is May 18. The ranks would be announced on May 22. The registration fee for SC and ST candidates is Rs 250 and it would be Rs 500 for others.
