Panchayat Elections update in Telangana

Hyderabad, January 02: The State Election Commission announced about Panchayat election. We have 12,751 Panchayats in Telangana, but 12,732 Panchayats will going to hold elections.

This will be Telangana’s first Panchayat election since its bifurcation from Andhra Pradesh in 2014.

The SEC announced on that Elections will be conducted in three phases i.e., January 21, 25, 30. There are still 17 Panchayats are in the regime, and two Panchayats are in the court case, except this Panchayats, Telangana going to hold elections all over the state.

SEC going to held 1,13,170 wards. The result will be announced on the same day of elections. The SEC election commissioner V. Nagi Reddy released a schedule on Tuesday. The polling will starts from 7 AM to 1 PM of that day.
