Tamilnadu February 15: The Supreme Court on Tuesday derailed AIADMK General Secrtary V.K. Sasikala s political career even before take-off by upholding her conviction for corruption along with two relatives and the late J. Jayalalitha.As we knew that, AIADMK legislators backing General Secretary V.K. Sasikala and housed in a beach resort near here on Tuesday elected Edapadi K. Palanisamy as their leader of the legislature party.And in her capacity as the party chief, Sasikala sacked acting Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam as a primary member of the AIADMK.By this Again Tamilnadu Temporary governer Vidya Sagar Rao has to finalize the chief minister post among the above the mentioned leaders,From this perspective governor has 4 ways to elect chief minister, here are the four ways:=> Governer has to elect one person either Palanisamy or Panneerselvam, the first step governor has to do select one person among two and let him entered into legislative, later have to depend on the majority of the legislative by applying polling rule.=> Governor has to ask Assembly to select one person and later mention to governor by the Legislative assembly=> Governer has to surrender his decision about chief minister of TN if they are seeking in their majority of MLA s.=> This step is the key role, i.e, Secret Ballet process.This process will help you the accuracy counting of MLA while they are in confusing in the support of MLA s.This process will be based on the at of 175 constitutions.
