9th Class student with debut book

Gurugram, Jan 20: Taking a teenagers typical emotions as theme, author Manvi Handa made a debut in the literary world with her book "Let Me Be Your Side", which was released here on Thursday.A Class IX student in Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, Handa s 158-page book takes readers to the roller-coaster ride of Samaira, the protagonist, in an engrossing journey involving friendship, infatuation, jealousy and love with an unexpected twist."The novel is a labour of love and was two years in the making. It explores the feelings of love, infatuation and jealously - the typical emotions that are most dominant in teenager s life," said Handa at the event.The book is now available online on portals such as Flipkart and Amazon and was exhibited at the recently-concluded World Book Fair.
