Two more doctors arrested for child trafficking

Kolkata, Nov 30 : Two more doctors have been arrested here for alleged involvement in the inter-state child trafficking case, a senior CID official said on Wednesday. Dilip Kumar Ghosh, a BJP candidate in Salt Lake municipal election in 2015, was arrested along with another doctor, Nityananda Biswas, on Tuesday night.Ghosh was allegedly associated with the College Street-based Sri Krishna Nursing Home, which has been linked to child trafficking.The BJP has sacked the doctor from the party.A number of doctors, hospital owners, nurses and attendants have been arrested over the past 10 days since the racket came to light.
