Notable Actor Arrested in NRI Jayaram Murder Case

Hyderabad, March 12: Notable Telugu film comedian and actor Surya Prasad aka Dumbu has been arrested by the Telangana police officials last night in relation to the NRI businessman Jayaram Chirugupati murder case.

According to reports, Telugu artist Surya Prakash was arrested along with two others by the police last night. The two other accused, Kishore and Anji Reddy were also taken into custody for abetment of murder as they already knew beforehand about the plan to murder NRI Jayaram.

Anji Reddy is in police custody for not alerting the police after witnessing Jaayram's murder. Surya Prasad, on the other hand, is in custody for allegedly honeytrapping Jayaram. According to sources, Surya Prasad used to phone Jayaram and lure him by mimicking a female voice.

Meanwhile,NRI businessman Jayaram Chigurupati was found dead in his car under suspicious circumstances on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway on Jan 31.
