Healthy Snack for all Ages

Snacks time is the favorite time for everyone. Then why don t we try something healthy to eat during snacks time. Here we go...

Grand Bar/ Health Bar...




Ingredients:
Chopped Cashews 1/2 cup
Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup
Chopped almonds 1/4 cup
Cranberries 1/4 cup
Puffed rice 1/4 cup
Chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Flax seeds 2 tablespoons
Pinch of salt
Peanut butter 2 tablespoons
Honey 3 tablespoons

Procedure:

Take Chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, cranberries, puffed rice, chocolate chips, flax seeds and salt in a bowl and mix them well
Now take another small bowl and add peanut butter and honey and mix them well until it makes a rich paste.
Now add this honey peanut butter mixture to the mixture and stir until it makes sticky.
Take a baking tray with butter paper and spread the mixture evenly. Place the tray in the oven and bake it in 160 degrees for 20 minutes. cut the baked mixture into desired sized and store them in an airtight container and enjoy every day.
