Redmi Note 6 Pro Price in India Disclosed

Finally, the wait is over, The Redmi Note 6 Pro is here and it has some big shoes to fill. The phone has been recently released in market, and getting super response from the customers.With the Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Chinese manufacturer has been very hard to beat around the Rs. 15,000 price mark thanks to the use of the Snapdragon 636 SoC. The device has been extremely popular, so naturally, that increases the expectations we have from its successor, the Redmi Note 6 Pro.

Xiaomi seems to be playing safe and has retained the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor.

What is different now is that the Redmi Note 6 Pro gets a notched display and dual cameras on the front as well as the back. Can the new Redmi Note 6 Pro be as successful as the phone it replaces?

The price in India starts at Rs. 13,999, with a premium of couple of thousand rupees for the more expensive 6GB mode. The Redmi Note 6 Pro will go on sale via Flipkart, mi.com, and Mi Home stores from Friday with special launch day discount of Rs. 1,000.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro runs MIUI 10 on top of Android, and sports a 6.26-inch full-HD IPS LCD full screen panel with a 19:9 aspect ratio, 86 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

The handset is powered by a 14nm octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, coupled with an Adreno 509 GPU, 4GB/ 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of inbuilt storage.

In the camera department, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a dual rear camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with Dual Pixel autofocus, 1.4-micron pixels, and AI portrait 2.0.

On the front, the mid-range smartphone bears another dual camera setup with a 20-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, coupled with 4-in-1 super pixel and AI face unlock capabilities. Like before, there is a 4,000mAh battery under the hood that is claimed to last up to 2 days on single full charge.
