Rs.1 Lakh penalty on Sweekar hotel

Hyderabad, March 15: The State Vigilance and Enforcement SP Venkateshwar Rao's team has raided the Hotel sweekar at Kacheguda for a complaint of supplying food, which has a bad odour on Tuesday. They also hand over the 72 rabbits and transferred to Zoo.

The Hotel proprietor Venkatesh has fined of 1 Lakh rupees by the officials for selling the polyethylene covers, which has below 51 microns against rules of the environmental board.

The Assistant Director of Veterinary Department of GHMC Dr. Vilson has talked with zoo's assistant director Dr. Hakim regarding the issue orf putting rabbits in bones, and transferred to the zoo. The food inspector has taken all the samples of food in the hotel.

In the inspection, sales tax officer Murari, GHMC circle-9b AMOH Hanumanthrao and Assistant director of labour Dept Nazeemuddin and others have participated.
