Lizard price = 20 crores

Gauhati March 11: In a rare incident, A man has been arrested for allegedly transporting the golden lizard here on Friday.

According to the resources,Police officials has seized a rare golden lizard with a worth of Rs 20 crore approximately from a person at Guwahati railway station.

According to reports, it has not been identified yet from where the person had got this rare lizard and where he was taking it. However, the concerned officials are investigating in the matter



In a similar incident earlier, around 1500 tortoises at a railway station in Bengal were recovered by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in February.

As per the railway police officials, the tortoises were found packed in 35 bags in a railway coach of a train at Malda Town railway station. Three persons were arrested in the case.
