SSC E/M students rose to 8%

Hyderabad, March 03: There are 5,09,831 regular students and 28,397 once failed students will be attended to the upcoming SSC examinations, which are held on March 14.

In case of whole regular students, 2,96,251 are belongs to English Medium(EM) and 2,01,262 are from Telugu Medium(TM) respectively.Here we can observe that, The percentage English medium students is hiked to 8% and there is a decline of 10% in Telugu medium students while compared to previous year.

In the previous year, The 49% TM students are fallen to 39.47, who have attended the SSC exams.The 51% of EM students, who wrote the exams, this time hiked to 58.10%.And 2.42 % students got paid to write the exams in other languages.

"The Interest of parents has increased in English medium, which causes to fallen of TM students. In the academic year 2016-17, The 128 Telugu Medium private schools are transformed into EM schools. The increment of seats in private schools also one aspect of this transformation. The newly established EM schools are also increased. Hence from the above, all aspects are leads to rising of EM students", said by the Officials.

All arrangements for SSC examinations come to an end.There are 5,38,228 students will attend the SSC examinations in 2,856 centers throughout the state.

The officials instructed to students, "Every exam will start from 9:30 AM and they will allow for the first exam, even with 5 minutes of late. In remaining exams, students have to come punctually.", they added.
