Regina Cassandra also harassed

Hyderabad February 27: After the Tamil actress Kidnap, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has opened up about the harassment and now Actress Regina Cassandra also comes to limelight.

Varalaxmi about harassment "I was in a meeting with the programming head of a TV channel for half an hour, at the end of which he said, 'So...when can we meet outside?' I asked him, 'Regarding some other work?' He replied (with a smug smile, as is the norm) 'No, for other things.' I hid my shock and anger and told him, 'Please leave'. He said, 'So — that's all?' and smiled and walked away."



Regina Cassandra, who has been in the industry for over a decade, also admitted that she has faced a similar situation in the beginning of her career. "How much ever-popular you are it doesn't matter, there is always someone bigger in the industry. I don't think being an actress can stop too many people. When I had just started off, I was told about the word 'adjustment' and my naive mind didn't really understand the meaning. It jolts you a bit, but it prepares you for the worst."
