Man held for lottery fraud

Hyderabad, February 21: Have you got any call from +92 number, and saying you got lottery from so and so company. Don't believe it, its fake. A man has been arrested by police, who has done this type of lottery systems to get money from people.

while coming to details, Suleman kutti is working as an agent of lottery system under the Pakistanis. He called some members to get money from them with the lottery system.

The Hyderabad Police has nabbed a man, who was involved in people by telling them that they had won a lottery and swindling them out of their money as "advance payments".

The swindler used to call people on his phones pretending to be lottery agent. The target would be told that they had won a fortune in a lottery.
However, the kutti would ask the lottery "winner" to pay the processing fee to secure their prize.

Lured by the greed, the unsuspecting victims would dispatch the money. In return, the victim was told to collect their prize at a certain date to accused person.
In one such case, kutti took Rs 5.34lakh from accused person. But when accused person realized, had been cheated then filed a complaint.

During a police investigation, identified as suleman kutti hailing from a state in Kerala, and recovered money,124 debit cards, 107 bank accounts from his possession.
