Vemulawada getting ready for Maha Sivarathri

Vemulawada, February 21: Maha Sivarathri festival begins here in Vemulawada, as they are setting all arrangements are on for the smooth conduct of the three-day Mahasivaratri Jatara at the Sri Raja Rajeswara Swamy Devasthanam.

District Collector Krishna Bhaskar has appointed 14 nodal officers for effective supervision of various works at the temple for the Jatara beginning February 23.



The Collector had roped in the services of all the district officers and appointed them as nodal officers for the supervision of sanitation, drinking water, electricity, health, crowd management, regulation of traffic and rescue team, among others. All the nodal officers would be under the supervision of DRO Shyam Prasad Lal.
