Congress MLA alegs TPCC chief

Hyderabad February 20: Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy expressed anger at the TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy here on Sunday.

Firing salvos at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Congress Deputy CLP leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy stated that by growing mustache and beard one cannot bring Congress to power in 2019 elections.

Speaking to media after attending a private programme in Nakrekal on Friday, Komatireddy slammed both the CM and his own party leaders. Launching indirect attack at TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy,

Komatireddy said, “One of the top leaders of TPCC claimed that he would be chief of the state party unit till 2019 elections.

He suggested Uttam to know the problems of the people first and found fault with Uttam for stating that the latter will continue in his position till the coming elections.

Party high command can take any decision at any time in the interest of party. With collective efforts of party leaders, Congress would definitely gain power in the State by winning 70 to 80 Assembly seats in 2019 elections, he underlined.
