Digidhan Mela in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, January 18: The Telangana government had raised "Digidhan Mela", which is an awareness program to explains about the cashless transactions and digital banking etc.

The mela to be held on today and tomorrow(Jan 18,19) at People’s Plaza, Necklace Road.The Information Technology Electronics & Communication Department is organizing the meeting in coordination with the Niti Aayog.

In Digidhan Mela, SBH,SBI,Andhra Banks along with several banks also participating in the program.Meeseva will also setting up stalls providing UID services such as fresh enrolments, child enrolments, demographic updates, card printing services at India Digidhan Mela.

The main postulates of this program are following below:
1.How to open an account in banks.
2.How to use the debit and credit cards.
3.How to use the mobile banking and Internet bankings.

The above points will be discussed and explained by the all participating banks.These are noted the details of people, who are intrested in this program.The public will also cooperates with them to download the digital banking applications.

The Govt. stated that ,"we will arrange the all required things to conduct these kind of awareness programs."
