Andhra Pradesh is creating unnecessary fuss

It is already known that the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have initiated a legal battle regarding water distribution at Pothireddy Paadu project.

While Telangana government says Andhra Pradesh is utilising more water than instructed, Andhra Pradesh government is saying they are following the norms set by the tribunal.


Incidentally, the chief minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao is furious on the Andhra Pradesh government.

"The government of Andhra Pradesh is creating unnecessary fuss regarding water projects. It is not the right thing to do. Even the central government is acting in an unethical manner. It is high time that we educate both the parties during the apex meeting which will be held soon," KCR said to his subordinates.

Meanwhile, the government of Andhra Pradesh is saying it is not exceeding the usage by even a single TMC and bringing a political angle to the issue is uncalled for.
