Former President of India tests positive!

Ex-President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, who was in office from 2012-2017 has announced that he has tested positive for Coronavirus.


He took to Twitter to announce the news, and has urged everyone who has come in contact with him in the last 1 week to isolate themselves, and to get tested.

Pranab Mukherjee has stated that he tested positive for the virus when he visited the hospital for another medical procedure.

Following his announcement, leaders and citizens of the country started to wish him speedy recovery, and have expressed their concern for his health.

Coronavirus has infected over 22 Lakh people in the country so far, and the numbers only continue to rise.
