Kerala beats Maharastra

Until yesterday, the state of Maharashtra reported the highest number of positive Coronavirus cases in the country. However, the state of Kerala has now taken over Maharashtra. The number of cases in Kerala is 137, while the number of cases in Maharashtra is 130.

India saw the highest increase in the number of cases on Thursday, with 88 new cases being reported. Currently, the total number of cases in India is 753, with 666 active cases. A total of 67 patients have recovered, and 20 patients have died.

India is in a state of lockdown currently, for 21 days, till April 14th. There are chances that the lockdown might be extended after April 14th, if the situation worsens.
