Coronavirus: KCR calls for emergency meeting

The number of Coronavirus cases have been increasing with every passing day in India and the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are working on the same. Andhra Pradesh government has already included Coronavirus in the list of medical conditions that will be treated under Arogyasri scheme.

Today, the chief minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao specially mentioned about Coronavirus in the assembly. He confirmed that a person who traveled to Italy recently tested positive to Coronavirus in Hyderabad today. This is the third Coronavirus positive case in Telangana.

Incidentally, KCR has called for an emergency cabinet meeting today. The state government might decide to shut down all the schools in Telangana in this meeting, say sources.

Also, a high-level meeting will take place in Telangana assembly in some time.
