KCR warns TRS Leaders

TRS chief KCR interacted with his party municipality level leaders and gave them a strong warning.

"All the mayors, municipal chairpersons, corporators, and counsellors should work towards the development of all the municipalities. If it comes to my notice that any municipality is lagging behind in terms of development, the respective constituency's MLA, municipal corporators, and mayors will be losing their posts," he said.

KCR claimed that municipality administrators have garnered a negative image amongst the common public and that can be changed only if they deliver transparent and effective adminstration. He urged his party leaders to work towards the same.

KCR's strong verbal warning came as a surprise to many TRS leaders. He spoke with them for about three hours and made his intentions clear.
