TDP's Interesting response on Capital shift

Andhra Pradesh cabinet will be taking the final call on the capital of Andhra Pradesh on December 27th. This has become one of the most talked-about topics in Andhra Pradesh and understandably so.
Incidentally, Telugu Desam Party is making a strange demand in the context of the 'Capital shift' issue.
TDP is saying that all 15 YCP MLAs from Guntur district(current capital, Amaravati is in this district) should resign their posts and take feedback from the public regarding the change if capital.
This surely is a strange request and the ruling party forces are yet to react to the same.
YS Jagan had already announced that Vizag, Kurnool, and Amaravati could be the three capitals of Andhra Pradesh.
