Telangana Deputy Speaker Elected Unanimously

Hyderabad, Feb 25: Here is the latest news that, Former minister and Secundrabad TRS MLA T Padma Rao Goud was unanimously elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Telangana assembly.

From this aspect, Assembly speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy announced today that the three-time TRS MLA Padma Rao Goud will be serving as the Deputy Speaker in the Telangana assembly.

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, BJP MLA Rajasingh, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka, minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and other leaders in the assembly congratulated Padma Rao Goud on this occasion.

Earlier, Padma Rao had also served as the Excise and Prohibition, Sports & Youth Affairs Minister in the previous TRS-KCR cabinet in 2014.
