AP IT Minister Nara Lokesh inaugurates State Street HCL Services

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Minister for IT and panchayat raj Nara Lokesh has inaugurated the State Street HCL Services (SSHS) at Medha Towers in Gannavaram on September 13. The SSHS will create over 960 jobs in IT sector of Amaravati.

Amaravati has attracted several IT companies over the last two years. Multiple verticals of IT companies, including services, product companies, global in-house centers, and research companies have been establishing their units in Amaravati. The State Street HCL, a joint venture company, which provides financial services, is the addition to this growing list.

State Street Corporation, American financial services, and the bank holding company is one of the largest asset management companies in the world with US$ 2.78 trillion under management and US$ 33.12 trillion under custody and administration.

Speaking at the Inauguration Mr. Nara Lokesh Honourable Minister for Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Information Technology & Communications, Government of Andhra Pradesh said "I would like to congratulate State Street HCL Services and pleased to be part of their launch celebrations of the state-of-the-art IT center at Medha Towers. The Government is committed to economic development and providing more opportunities to the young workforce of the state. I am confident that the opening of this center will help unlock the talent potential of the state and offer a great platform for local talent to pursue global opportunities."

This initiative will help provide a diverse range of employment opportunities to the youth in the region that will help in building a strong foundation for their future by enhancing the quality of life.
