CM KCR Reviews the Pragathi Nivedana Sabha arrangements

Hyderabad, Aug 24: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has reviewed the arrangement for the massive ever public meeting and also elections in an all-important meeting of the state committee, Parliamentary and Legislature party at Telangana Bhavan on Friday.

The chief minister would brief the party leaders in his plans about going for early elections. Sources said that the chief minister has decided to dissolve Assembly any time after the Pragathi Nivedana Sabha on September 2 at Kongara Kalan in the outskirts of the city, which is expected to have 25 Lakh people.

This is said to be kick-start of election campaign by Chandrashekar Rao. Later in the evening, the chief minister is slated to visit New Delhi and meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The CM will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Union Ministers to discuss various pending issues concerned to the State.

The Chief Minister is of the view, that, despite several appeals from the State Government the response from the central is not as expected.

The CM has decided to go to Delhi personally and stay there for couple of days and meet the Prime Minister and other Ministers to discuss the issues and get approvals. The important among all is the long pending approval of the Zonal system to be created in Telangana State.
