Indias Airlines announces Independance day offers

Hyderabad, Aug 14: As Indians all around the world gear up to celebrate 72nd Independence Day of India on Tuesday, several airlines have announced special fares to mark the day.

Attractive offers are available on both domestic and international destinations of Air India, Jet Airways and GoAir flights. Those planning visits to various destinations in India can avail these special offers.

Here are the highlights of the deals:

Air India:

Air India is offering discount on flight tickets across airline's network India's Independence Day, said the national carrier on it's official Twitter handle. The sale offer is valid till August 15, 2018, and is applicable for travel within India and to/from India, said the airline on its website.

Customers can enter the promotion code 18INDAY in the promo code box to avail the discount and bookings can be made only on its website. The discount is not applicable on Air India Express, Alliance Air flights and Code Share flights.

Jet Airways:

Jet Airways announced on its website an irresistible 30 per cent discount on premiere class and said the discount is applicable on both one-way and return base fares.

Customers have to buy the tickets before August 15 to avail the offer, except from Dubai to Mumbai / Delhi / Kochi / Mangalore and from Sharjah to Kochi travel in Economy can commence on or after Aug 23, 2018.

GoAir:

GoAir extended its 'Go Gr8 Festival Sale' offer till August 15, the carrier said on its twitter handle. The airline is offering domestic flight tickets at a starting price of Rs. 1,099 on up to 1 million seats. The travel period on the offer starts on September 11 and ends on December 31, 2018.

Meanwhile, Emirates announced special fares for flights flying to over 70 global destinations within its network. The offer applies to bookings made until 20 August 2018 for travel between 1 September 2018 and 31 March 2019. Economy Class passengers can fly to Mumbai on tickets starting at Dh995, while Business Class passengers can enjoy fares starting at Dh2,795.
