TDP Whip applies to JC Diwakar Reddy (or) not?

Amaravati, July 19: Extremist Telugu Desam Party MP from Anantapur J C Diwakar Reddy's defection over the party by informing that he would not move to New Delhi and participate in the Parliament session, let alone be taking part in the discussion on 'no-confidence motion' against the Narendra Modi government, has debarked the TDP administration in a critical situation.

JC said that there was no mark in attending the Parliament session when the political climate in the country does not appear to be fine.

"There is a mismatch between the state government and the Central government over injustice to Andhra Pradesh. There is no reply from the Centre. There will be no change in the approach of the Centre alike after the 'no-confidence motion' which would, however, be controlled," he said.

Here, the doubt is in case the whip issued by the TDP will not be relevant to Diwakar Reddy.

On Wednesday, TDP whip Konakalla Narayana Rao issued a three-line whip asking all the party MPs to attend the Lok Sabha session on Friday and participate in the conversation on 'no-trust motion'. As per the rules, the offense of whip might result in the elimination of a member of the party.

But, it seems to be that JC does not care for the whip.

"You may have your own outcome, but I am not going to attend the entire session of Parliament," JC opened up.

If TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu overlooks Diwakar Reddy and does not take any action against him, it would send mixed talk to the party high command and the party would slant uncovered.

The opposition will definitely question Naidu's ineffectiveness. Agreeing, he cannot dare exclude a dynamic leader like Diwakar Reddy.

So, party sources reveal, Chandrababu is trying to resolve Diwakar Reddy and convince him to attend the Parliament session at least on Friday to spot his presence.

So, It is to have waited that may be JC will bind if AP CM makes the demand.
