No matter what it is?

Day-to-day frequent issue - 'SEXUAL HARASSMENT'. Than anyone else, the word 'LUST' is speaking!

Though women are stepping forward in many fields, they are still suffering from Sexual violence by somebody at somewhere. However, the count of working women in all the fields is now expanding.

Reportedly, the male staff taking the situation as an advantage offending the women at their workplace for their sexual favours which in fact comprises undesirable sexually determined behaviour such as "Physical contact" and "Demand (or) request for sexual favours".

'Job concern' has become the major issue for making many cases go unreported. This is what encourages the male staff to do more & more.

According to the recent survey conducted, it is informed:

Women who come across these kinds of difficulties are getting depression (or) committing a suicide. Having lost self-respect, they are even suffering mentally which out-turns their lives.

According to the 2014 PEW research statistics on online harassment, 25% of women between the ages of 18-24 have experienced sexual harassment while online.

For many businesses (or) organizations, preventing sexual harassment, and defending employees from sexual harassment charges, have become key goals of legal decision-making.

~ Law & Regulation:

# The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work.

# It talks about the distinct ways in which someone can be sexually harassed and how they can complain about this kind of behaviour.

Each and every one of us have women at our homes (or) in our family. Before abusing a lady think:

"If the same kind of abuse has happened to our women, then what will be the situation?"

So, Respect them! Protect them!!
