AP CM very serious on Dachepalli Minor rape case

Guntur, May 03: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu became serious over the rape of a 9 yrs old minor girl brutally raped by 50 yrs old man at Dachepalli in Guntur district.

He directed the police to act quickly and arrest the culprit. He assured the victim's family of all support. Meanwhile, the relatives of the victim went on a rampage last night, at Dachepalli.

They came on the roads and staged rast roko, demanding the immediate arrest of the culprit. Traffic came to a standstill on Addanki-Narketpalli route because of this.

Earlier, Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan also reacted on the same incident and said that" Incidents like Kathua always agonize me and the civil society. the Dachepalli incident saddens us and reminds us of our helplessness. In this hour, I urge the police machinery and the govt to stand with the victim and her family.

To curb such atrocities against women, we should introduce tough measures like public caning" Pawan said.
