TDP to organise Mahanadu from May 27

Vijayawada, May 02:The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) at its coordination committee meeting has decided to hold the three-day annual Mahanadu at Vijayawada here from May 27.

This was decided in the TDP coordination committee meeting held in the grievances cell at Undavalli, near here, Chaired by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday.

TDP State President K Kala Venkata Rao told Reporters that It had also been decided to organise protest programmes in every district protesting against the Centre's attitude towards the state in granting SCS. The protest programmes would conclude with a massive public meeting at Amaravati in January 2019.

It had also been decided to organise a massive public meeting in Visakhapatnam on May 20 to apprise people the betrayal of Narendra Modi government on SCS and organize such meetings in 12 other places in the state. The TDP would also organize Dalit Tejam meeting in Nellore during the first week of June, Mr Rao said.
