CM KCR to meet DMK leader MK Stalin on Federal Front

Hyderabad, Apr 27: The TRS 17th Plenary session has successfully organized at Komapally in Hyderabad here on Friday.

A crucial meeting between the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Supremo and Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao and DMK Working President M K Stalin will take place here on April 29.

This was stated by Mr Rao, during the course of his lengthy inaugural address at the 17th plenary of TRS in Kompally near here on Friday.

He said a team of DMK leaders had already met him following his proposal for a Federal Front.

Mr Rao asserted that he would continue his efforts to bring together all regional parties in the country.

Taking a dig at the BJP leaders for their comments like "KCR ( K Chandrashekhar Rao) has no tent, how can there be a front", Mr Rao said that "once KCR raises a flag, there is no going back".

He also took exception to the Congress President Rahul Gandhi dubbing the former as "Modi agent".

"I will not leave Hyderabad but sitting in Hyderabad I will play a crucial and constructive role at the National level", the Chief Minister said.

Portraying the Congress and the BJP as a curse to the Nation, he asked will the unabated farmers' suicides in the country end, if the BJP-led NDA government was defeated in the next election and the Congress was voted to power.
