AP CM Naidu met Governor ESL Narasimhan

Vijayawada, Apr 22: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu met Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governor ESL Narasimhan, in a hotel here on Sunday.

The Governor, while going to Hyderabad from Visakhapatnam, came here and lodged himself in a star hotel. The Chief Minister went to the hotel at around 11 hrs and met the Governor. They had more than one-and-a-half-hour long closed-door meeting.

It is learned that both the Chief Minister and the Governor discussed various issues, including the state government's belligerent attitude towards the Centre and the Chief Minister's Darma Porata Deeksha hunger strike. The Chief Minister refused to divulge the issues, which he discussed with the Governor.

BJP leaders, led by Floor Leader in Assembly P Vishnukumar Raju, met the Governor in Hyderabad on Saturday and submitted a representation, urging him to initiate action against actor-turned-MLA N Balakrishna, for making derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
