7 Yrs old boy took charges as City Police Commissioner

Hyderabad, Apr 05: As an example of Humanity still surviving in the city, A six-year-old boy took charge as Commissioner of Police Rachakonda for one day at Gachibowli here on Wednesday.

Master D Ishan (7), is studying second class and is the younger son of M D Chand Pasha and Ms Haseena of Kuchanapally in Medak district. He is suffering from blood cancer and undergoing treatment at MNJ Cancer Hospital here.

The All India NGO "MAKE A WISH" interacted with the parents of Ishan and asked about his wish in his life. They got the reply from Master Ishan's parents that his wish to become a Police Commissioner.

The NGO approached Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat and briefed him about the boy's wish. Later it was decided to fulfill his wish to become a Commissioner of police for one day.

As per boy's wish, Mr. Bhagwat made him Commissioner of Rachakonda for one day today. Later talking to media, Mr. Bhagwat said that the boy expressed he want to install CCTV cameras so as to make the control of law & order and create friendly policing atmosphere.

When asked by media what will you do as one-day police commissioner? The Boy replied I will control property offenses and control law & order problems in Rachakonda Commisionarate.

To another question from media on what will you do for women safety & Security ?, Ishan replied... I will increase SHE TEAMS and police patrolling for women safety & Security.
