CM KCR to launch Telangana Industrial MSME Green Park

Hyderabad, Mar 15: The Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will soon start the small and medium entrepreneurs park 'Telangana Industrial Federation MSME Green Park' at Dandu Malkapur in Chautuppal Mandal in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.

The Industries Minister KT Rama Rao disclosed it while replying to a question raised by K Prabhakar Reddy on the establishment of Industrial Park in Dandu Malkapura during the question hour.

KT Rama Rao said the TSIIC (Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation) requested 343.10 acres land for the industrial park.

He said the external infra works were initiated, other civil works will start immediately on obtaining required statutory clearance and will be completed in 18 months, he added.

The authorities have sought for Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s time and soon it would be started by the Chief Minister, he added. The Minister said this was the first MSME Park in the State and it was named Telangana Industrial Federation MSME Green Park. As many as 363 units will be established.

Another 600 acres of land was acquired for ITI and township for the employees of the park with a concept of live, work, learn, play'. About 12,000 will get direct and 24,000 indirect employment.

The local youth are being trained through TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge). This will be the biggest industrial parks for MSMEs in the State, he added.
