Hyderabad gets New Police Comissioner

Hyderabad Mar 12: The Telangana State Government on Sunday has announced transfers of IPS officers for 38 officers

Accordingly Additional DGP(Law & Order), Anjani Kumar would take charge as Hyderabad City Police Commissioner.

VV Srinivasa Rao who was holding the additional charge as City Police Commissioner has been posted as Chairman, Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board.

Director General of Police, Railways & Road Safety, T Krishna Prasad, is transferred and posted as Director General of Road Safety Authority.

Additional Director General of Police Santosh Mehra is transferred and posted as Director of RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy.

Additional DGP (Organisation) M Gopi Krishna is transferred and posted as Director General, Fire Services.

On transfer, Rajiv Ratan is posted as Additional Director General of Police (Organisation).

On transfer, Jitender is posted as Additional Director General of Police, Law & Order.

Sandeep Shandilya, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, on promotion is posted as Additional Director General of Police, Railways and Road Safety.

Inspector General of Police, Welfare & IGP, WPC, CID, Soumya Mishra is relieved from the post of IGP, WPC, CID.

Inspector General of Police, CID, Shikha Goel is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of Police (Crimes and SIT).

On transfer, Swathi Lakra is posted as IGP (Law & Order) in-charge of Women Safety, which also includes SHE teams and Bharosa.
