RS urges govt to pass Women Reservation bill

New Delhi Mar 8: Women's Day is being celebrated grandly and Many People have expressed their greetings.

The Members of Parliament in Rajya Sabha have held a discussion on the issue of women reservation in the Upper house and many women members have expressed their feelings about women's reservation bill.

They have said that Rajya Sabha has already passed the women's bill and the Lokasbaha must also pass the bill and the members requested that government has enough numbers in Ls and the bill can easily be passed.

Rajyasabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu has also expressed his concern and urged the government to take steps for women empowerment as mere bills are not sufficient.
