PM Modi paid condolences to TSR Subramanian

Hyderabad Feb 26: A Former Cabinet Secretary of Union Government and one of the reputed IAS Officer TSR Subramanian has passed away on Monday due to illness.Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Association has confirmed the news.

The Reputed IAS officer has served in various positions of the government and played a key role in formulating various policies for government and he was the chairperson for the various committees which have recommended sweeping changes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his condolences and has tweeted that "Shri TSR Subramanian distinguished himself as an outstanding civil servant. He also left a mark with his prolific writings and interventions on important public causes. Saddened by his demise. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends: PM".
