Kavitha Urges centre to work with states in Agriculture

New Delhi Feb 9: Telangana Rashtra Samithi Member Kavitha has spoken on the budget in Loksabha on Thursday and has said that Union Budget did not do justice to Telangana. She has also urged the center budget to implement the promises announced in AP organization ACT.

She has also hailed the NDA for working with states on ease of doing business and has said that a similar approach must be adopted in other issues such as Agriculture. Stressing the need for more steps in agriculture she has urged the NDA government to pass the pending legislatures pertaining to Agriculture such as Seed Bill and Pesticide Bill so that farmers income can be doubled.

She has also urged the government to ensure that fertilizer production is increased and demanded that the fertilizer subsidy must be directly transferred to farmers account via DBT so that farmers would be benefitted.
