Warangal Urban Collector Amrapali to get married soon

Warangal Jan 22: The Warangal Urban District collector Amrapali is all set to tie the knot soon. The collector has confirmed the news and she would marry on Feb 18.

Sources said that she would marry Sameer Sharma an IPS officer of 2011 cadre and currently he is working as an SP for union territory Daman and Diu.The marriage would be held in presence of both the family members and the collector would be on leave from Jan 27. The marriage would be held in Jammu and Kashmir and marriage reception would be held in Warangal on Feb 23.

Currently, Amrapali is also in charge collector of Warangal Rural district and she was promoted as district collector of Warangal Urban after the bifurcation of the districts took place in Oct 2016.

The officer had been in the news as she has shown her mark in the administration by using technology and frequent interactions with the media.
