Airtel Ties up With Amazon to offer free services

Hyderabad Jan 12: In a Move to ensure more customers subscribe to Airtel the telecom company has tied up with e-commerce platform Amazon India. As per the agreement Airtel postpaid subscribers would be offered a one-year subscription of Amazon Prime free of cost.

Currently Amazon Prime charges a membership charge of Rs 999 for a year and under the subscriptions viewers would be enabled with new movies, video content and can watch their favorite content.

Airtel has said that " the offer will be available for its new and existing postpaid subscribers with an "Infinity plan" of Rs 499 or above.

Akshay Sahi, Director, and Head, Amazon Prime India, said that "This move enables seamless access to Amazon Prime for Airtel Postpaid customers, providing a world of new video streaming content and more".
