Temperatures drop drastically in the Hyderabad city

Hyderabad Dec 24: Hyderabad city is facing cold waves in the recent days and the temperatures have dropped below 14c in past one week.

The mercury dipped between nine and ten degree Celsius in the city outskirts including Patancheru in Medak district. In Moulali the temperature was recorded at 9 c which prompted the residents to wear additional clothing.

Cold waves were also felt across Medak, Patancheru, BHEL, Nagole, Uppal and LB Nagar areas. Also, the foggy conditions are lasting long enough and the sunrays are delayed because of the winter.

Weather department officials have said that temperature in the city would drop further in the coming days and people must stay alert.
