Health Minister urges hospitals to provide medical service to Poor people

Hyderabad, Dec 23: The Telangana Health Minister Dr. C Laxma Reddy has inaugurated the MAA ENT Speciality Hospital near Jubilee Hills check post here on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, he urged the corporate hospitals to reach out to the needy patients instead of taking a commercial approach towards health care.

The Minister said that the hospitals need to help the poor patients providing affordable medical services.

Mentioning the developmental activities taken up by the government hospitals in the last one year, he admitted the need for improvement in ENT facilities at the government hospitals.

Talking about 'Arogya Telangana', Laxma Reddy said that the target can be achieved only if awareness is spread among the public regarding the prevention of ailments and also provide quality health care services.
