Rajamouli suggests Scholarship for protection of Telugu Language

Hyderabad Dec 19: The world Telugu Conference was held at Hyderabad grandly yesterday and all movie Artists were grandly felicitated by the Telangana Government.

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state Governor ESL Narasimhan has felicitated the movie actors and actress with shawl and memento.

Speaking at the event director Raghavendra Rao has lauded the CM KCR for making efforts to protect the Telugu language and urged that government should bring a rule that every poster and trailer of film should contain that "speaking in Telugu is mandatory "

Later speaking at the event Bahubali director Rajamouli had cited the example of steps taken by Tamilnadu government to protect the language and urged the Telangana Government to launch a merit scholarship programme for students so that the language is protected.
