Parliment Adjourned as Congress Demands Apology from PM Modi

New Delhi Dec 18: The second day of winter session of parliament was also washed away as the opposition parties disrupted the proceedings of the houses

Loksabha: The Congress party has demanded an apology from PM Modi for his remarks against the Former PM in the election. However, BJP members opposed.BJP MP Kirit Somaiya had said that "People have given a very good reply... Congress has lost Himachal Pradesh, and I want to thank the Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) for the unprecedented victory in Gujarat."

Later the house was adjourned till 12 pm and papers were laid on the table and later the house was adjourned the house till 11 Am Tomorrow.

Rajyasabha: The upper house has also witnessed protests and the Congress leaders have demanded an apology from PM for his remarks against Manmohan Singh. Later the House was adjourned till tomorrow as the Congress leaders opposed question hour.
