Repealing and Amending Bill 2017 - to repeal 105 redundant Acts
Repealing and Amendment (second) Bill, 2017 - 131 redundant acts would be repealed and nine ordinances by the then Governors-General.

Some of the Acts that would be repealed by these bills include
# The Ganges Tolls Act, 1867
# Caste Disabilities Removal Act of 1850
# Transfer of Evacuee Deposits Act, 1954
The bills seek to repeal some of the acts which were passed by the British government and also scrap some of the acts passed by the successive governments.
