KCR :All party delegation to Meet PM Modi for BC welfare

Hyderabad Dec 4: In a move to ensure the welfare of Backward Classes Telangana CM KCR has invited all the elected representatives of BC from all political parties and help him to frame policies which would help BCs.

He has said that "There shall be no politics in the matter as every BC public representative wants development and welfare of the BCs.The government is not going to claim any credit. But let us tell people that it is a collective effort of all the parties and send a positive message to them."

CM has added that " we shall Plan schemes for BCs after discussing with all stakeholders especially the BC organizations and prepare a report with recommendations for improving existing schemes or formulating new policies. We will have a day-long debate in the Assembly based on these recommendations and take necessary policy decision to implement them."

Finally, KCR has said that " he will lead an all-party delegation to New Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and exert pressure for an enactment in the Parliament to accord reservations to BCs in State Legislative bodies."
