BJP MP controversial comments on 22-yr-old rape victim

Chandigarh, Nov 30: It is known that two other people, including a driver, had raped a 22-year-old woman in Chandigarh. Reacting to this, Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kiran Kher had made a controversial comment on the issue.

Speaking to the media...when it is noticed the auto insist three people in it, the lady might have avoided the auto, said the actress.



She also instructed that Girls should be very careful at such times and its the responsibility of the parents to teach them. The actress also stated that she used to travel only in taxis when she was in Mumbai. But, before that, she used to note down the taxi number and all.

She also said that the media should not be overwhelmed in such matters and it will be good if the instructions were suggested. Reacting to this statement, the opposition parties are slamming her.
