Ryan School Pradyuman murder: Bus conductor Ashok Kumar gets bail

Gurgaon Nov 21: Bus conductor Ashok Kumar who was arrested as prime accused for murder of seven-year-old student of Ryan International School by the Gurgaon police was granted bail on Tuesday by special court for women and child on personal bond of Rs 50,000.

Ashok kumar was arrested within few hours of murder of Pradyuman Thakur, class 2 student by police. Later the case was handed-over to CBI which had taken over the investigation.

The CBI said that no evidence has been found against Ashok Kumar and have submitted the report in Court.

"The investigation conducted by CBI upto now revealed involvement one juvenile in conflict with law in connection with murder of Pradhyumn Thakur on ground floor boy's washroom of Ryan International School, Bhondsi. Juvenile student of the same school was apprehended on November 7 and after expiry of police custody was sent observation home in Faridabad on November 11," CBI had submitted before court. Juvenile will be produced before Juvenile Justice Board of Gurgaon on November 22.
