10 killed while a massive fire broke out at Ludhiana

Ludhiana, Nov 21: Here is horrific incident has occurred while at least ten people were killed, while several others are feared trapped under the debris, after a plastic bag manufacturing factory caught fire and collapsed in Sufian Chowk, Ludhiana, on Monday, 20 November.

District Commissioner of Ludhiana Pradeep Aggarwal told media on Tuesday that 10 bodies had been recovered so far.

Earlier on Monday, several people were trapped under the debris.

A National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team has been carrying out the search and rescue operations on the spot.

The fire broke out at around 8 am on Monday morning and 10 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.so far while rescue work is still underway.
