Ryan Murder Case: Court Next hearing on Nov 22

New Delhi, November 12: The juvenile apprehended in connection with the alleged murder of his seven-year-old schoolmate at Ryan International School in Bhondsi here, was on Saturday sent to judicial custody till November 22. He will be kept at an observation home.

CBI sources said the court has fixed the next date hearing on November 22.

The 16-year-old boy searched the internet for various types of poison and how to use them before he executed the crime, multiple sources associated with the probe told to media.

He also looked up methods to remove fingerprints from the knife that he intended to use to commit murder, the sources added.

The accused boy's father alleged on Saturday that his son was tortured by the CBI. "During the interrogation, my son was tortured and was hung upside down and beaten up. He is innocent," he said.

The CBI denied the charge.
